Nokia N86 8MP Leaked

Earlier this week, a photo posted on the Nseries.com website showing the capture capability of Nseries devices was found to be shot by an unannounced 8 Megapixel smartphone. It has been rumoured that it would be announced in MWC, but it made no apperance in Nokia’s press conference today.

Shortly ago, Ricky Cadden found a document on Nokia’s website about the use of Carl Zeiss lenses in Nseries devices, and of all Nseries devices, they chose the unannounced N86 8MP to demonstrate it. Brilliant Nokia!

Leaked specs include: an 8 Megapixel camera with what it appears to be a Xenon flash“turned out to be an updated LED flash”, of course, 2.6′” VGA display, half QWERTY keyboard(?), A-GPS, WiFi, HSPA and 8GB of internal memory.

UPDATE: new pictures emerged for the device, it has a regular T9 keypad, a N96-like kick stand and a dual slider shape.

    ich hab ne frage und zwar ist der n86 fast identisch mit dem n85.
    kann man beim n85 die kamera vom n86 einbauen und die software drauf spielen.
    so hätte ich ja dann ein n85 mit 8mp und man braucht sich ja dann kein n86 kaufen wegen 8mp kamera.
