Stefan from intoMobile spotted the official full specifications of the highly anticipated Nokia N96 on Nokia Germany website.

Specifications:

Specifications are really surprising, the N96 is the phone of 08, with 16GB as phone memory, and an expandable MicroSDHC slot, a 2.8″ screen, 5 Megapixel camera with dual LED Flash, WiFi (802.11 b/g), Integrated GPS, DVB-H mobile TV & S60 3RD Edition FP2.

But still, Nokia can’t seem to make a phone completely right, This giant comes with a 950 mAH battery!

This infamous BL-5F Battery that suckked on the N95 with a 2.6″ screen, is expected to run off power before you even switch on the 2.8″ N96!

Mobile Review Forums just leaked pictures of the new kid joining the Eseries Family , the E71 , the successor of E61i ,E61 First Non-communicator Nokia with a QWERTY Keyboard .

Yupp , I’ve got evidence that Nokia Planned for the N95 8gig before releasing the original N95-1 , and it’s all in the Arabic manual of the original N95-1 , When i first purchased the device back in august , i read this weird statement in the first pages of the manual/User Guide saying “Get the most out of your N95 Sized 8GB” , when i discussed this statement with forum members , they said that it meant that the device supports up to 8 GB MicrosdHC , but i wasn’t convinced , i forgot about it , and yesterday when i was searching through the manual , i read it again and linked everything together , it appears to me that this statement was as usual a mistake from Nokia that was supposed to leak the N95 8GB news earlier than the XML file on Nokia servers , for some copyright reasons , i can’t show you the original page from the Arabic N95-1 user guide , but I’ve got it computerized

Nokia said before that the N95 8GB had every downside of the N95-1 fixed ,well , in this case this means that they knew about the downsides prior the release of the N95-1

Yesterday , Photos of the leaked N96 spread all over blogs , but no one noticed weird things about the device , today , i did

what’s the function of dual slider if the multimedia keys are next to the naviwheel , the photo shows no keys in the upper slide , and btw the Naviwheel from N81 Has been removed , it’s just regular controling keys , the device has two LED flash , still dunno why didn’t they include Xenon Flash , WiFi is not available on the desktop , but still there’s an ID in the vack of the device , the menu key returned to it’s old figure , the Multimedia keys are now dimpled , different from N81’s flat multimedia keys , loudspeakers are now on the right side of the device , also the gaming keys are gone , the preview button of the camera is gone too “though i liked that one”

The Brand new N96 looks just like the N81 but is a bit larger but has the features of Nokia N95, all i know about the device is that is that :

• First S60 V3 FP2 device from Nokia
• Dual Slide
• Camera with LED Flash , can’t figure wether if it is 5 megapixel or not ,m but still Carl Zeiss Lens “i dunno why the hell didn’t they include xenon flash !! “
• The Camera’s frame acts like a stand to hold the device , just like the N800 Internet Tablet
